Assessment privacy

Your answers

Your answers stay on this page on your device. They are not sent to RPE, a payment service or an AI service, and are not saved automatically. Refreshing or leaving the page loses the current assessment. Your browser, extensions, device and any files you choose to save remain under your control.

Downloads and printing

If you download the assessment record or print a report, it includes the answers, business name, goal and optional references you entered. Store and share it carefully. Use general record titles rather than passwords, bank details or personal customer information.

Website delivery

GitHub Pages and Cloudflare deliver the site and may process ordinary website visit information, such as your internet address, browser type and visit time under their own policies. The assessment does not track your answers or send them to an AI service. It uses fonts already available on your device. External links take you to sites with separate privacy practices.

Contact and earlier versions

If you email RPE, your message is processed through its email services. Do not send sensitive documents without an agreed secure route. Earlier versions saved information on your device; clearing the current assessment does not erase those older records. You can remove older site data through your browser settings. If you previously purchased a PBS service or need privacy assistance, contact contact@risingphoenixhq.com.

RPE cannot recover your answers because this version does not save them online. We will update this notice before introducing saved accounts, paid delivery or additional processing.
